About the Job:

 Executive Assistant

Work Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours a week | US Pacific Time, responsive between 9am and 6pm PT

Salary Range: 1,200.00 – 2,000.00 per month (Depending on the skills and experience)

Our client is a player in the Software Development space in the US. They are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join their team. They are committed to providing top-tier services and creating lasting relationships with their clients. As a vital part of their operations, you will play a significant role in maintaining the company’s efficiency and success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various day-to-day tasks. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling: Managing the CEO’s and internal team members’ meeting schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Recruitment: Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system.
  • Logistics: Assisting in arranging transportation and lodging for the team.
  • Administration: Collecting necessary signatures on paperwork, aiding in finance and tax management, and handling office supplies orders.
  • Sales Operations: Supporting the sales team by maintaining the CRM, exploring potential leads, managing outreach systems, and researching conferences.
  • Supporting Ad-Hoc Tasks: Being prepared to assist with various high-priority tasks as they arise.
  • Complex Operations: Depending on your competency and capabilities, you may take on higher complexity tasks beyond the standard EA role.

Growth Opportunity: Based on the competency and capabilities of the individual, they may become more involved with higher complexity tasks for operations that go beyond being an EA.

Immediate Tasks for Week 1:

In your initial week, you will fully own several critical tasks, including:

  • Meeting Scheduling: Quickly become adept at managing the scheduling of meetings.
  • Applicant Tracking: Ensure that our applicant tracking system is well-organized and up-to-date.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating transportation and lodging for the team’s needs.
