Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a fast-growing retail e-commerce business to recruit an Digital Operations Marketing Manager. This position will oversee marketing operations across both App and desktop platforms, with a strong focus on the Benelux region-particularly the Netherlands and Belgium.
The role plays a key part in boosting user engagement, improving platform performance, and driving commercial results through data-led decision-making and local market insights.

Key Responsibilities of this Digital Operations Marketing Manager role –
* Oversee day-to-day marketing operations for the App and desktop platforms across the Benelux region, covering product visibility, content layouts, and promotional placements.
* Take ownership of improving key user metrics, including daily active users (DAU), conversion, and retention.
* Build a deep understanding of consumer behaviour within the Dutch market to guide decision-making.
* Identify relevant trends and category opportunities to develop localised marketing initiatives that increase gross merchandise volume (GMV).
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance on-platform marketing capabilities, supporting improvements in AOV, order frequency, and other core KPIs.
Candidate requirements for this Digital Operations Marketing Manager position –
* Solid background in eCommerce marketing, digital marketing, online trading, or user operations within a tech or online retail environment.
* 3-7 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital operations, or channel management.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
* Comfortable using data to optimise ongoing marketing and operational performance.
* Native-level Dutch or C1 proficiency (preferred).
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth business.
* Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience collaborating across product, tech, and marketing functions.
