We are looking for an experienced Development Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team within the lending domain. In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of applications and processes that support lending services, with a strong focus on advisor‑facing systems.
You will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high‑quality delivery from development through testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end applications within the lending domain
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and implement user stories
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with requirements engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Perform and support various testing activities (system, regression, acceptance, automated testing)
- Contribute to impact analysis, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, effectively communicating with both domains
- Support and advise team leads on technical and functional decisions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working
- Several years of experience in an agile development environment
- Experience with:
- Java (backend development)
- Angular (frontend development)
- Ability to read and understand source code
- Experience with multiple testing methodologies:
- System testing
- Regression testing
- Acceptance testing
- Automated testing
- Familiarity with agile testing practices such as Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
Additional Information
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Full‑time role (36 hours per week)
- Pre‑employment screening is required before onboarding
