How will you make a difference
  • Overseeing the delivery of different projects and operations in the areas of payment processing and risk management, merchant services, accounting, and revenue reconciliation.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the payment gateways with the relevant teams within the company.
  • Oversee the integration between Payments API or SFTP files and our internal BI software for financial data repositories
  • Manage and process the PCI compliance protocol for projects that require it
  • Define and manage the distribution strategy of payment providers according to the main KPIs
  • Define and manage the strategy for each project in terms of the chargebacks management and interlocution of external companies
  • Monitors payment transactions on an ongoing basis for alignment to contract requirements, payment industry standards, best practices for efficient processing, and fraud.
  • Weekly and monthly reports to the holding Direction


What will make you stand out from the crowd
  • Advanced level of English (business management)
  • Previous experience in e-commerce specifically in commercial / finance department
  • Previous experience within the online payments industry.
  • Experience with chargebacks management and optimal implementation of strategies to manage the area
  • Experience at Business Intelligence software implementation. Well-rounded background to balance the line between IT and the business.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent self-motivation and proactivity
  • Data driven decision taken
  • Technologic background/knowledge will be highly appreciated
  • Working closely with internal and external merchants to ensure an effective alignment with business and clients’ needs
  • Based on objectives driven, prioritization and planification of workload is important
  • Well organized, flexible and agile person.
