Our Business Development team is the a growing group of sales professionals who help attorneys invest in LEAP for their practice. The essential responsibilities of the Team Lead are one of a player-coach. In this role you will contribute as an individual Business Development Representative (BDR) while also leading a team. Your goals are to achieve individual and team quotas for highly qualified booked demonstrations for the Business Development Managers (BDM.) This combined set of responsibilities is intentional to help identify and transition those BDRs with leadership aspirations to remain a strong performer and begin to have leadership experience.


  • Onboard, coach, and develop team members while achieving targeted KPIs as an individual performer and a Team Lead
    • As an individual performer, you will generate SQLs for our BDM team while achieving your weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quota and KPIs.
    • As a Team Lead, you will mentor and develop your team to achieve their quotas and KPIs.
  • Drive territory pipeline development with each BDR by utilizing our technology stack and reports to analyze insights and enable consistent prospecting.
  • Conduct call coaching and role play sessions to enforce and further training and improvements around prospect engagement, value positioning, objection handling, product, industry and competitors knowledge and ROIs.
  • Work with Vice President and Team Leads closely for ongoing enablement, messaging, process improvements, metrics, technology and best practices to continue LEAP’s rapid and aggressive growth goals.


  • 1-3+ years of B2B SDR/BDR Team Lead experience.
  • Full stack SDR/BDR experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Productivity Solutions (6Sense, DemandBase, Salesloft, Outreach, High Velocity Sales, Gong, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChiliPiper. etc)
  • Proven and documented track record of success meeting monthly, quarterly, annually Quotas and KPI’s.
  • Passion for helping others to achieve their sales goals and professional development.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on having a growth mindset.
  • Strong and motivational leader, who inspires their team and colleagues alike.
