About the Role
As part of the I Join department , you’ll help shape seamless and personalised customer journeys—from onboarding to renewals and offboarding—across all channels and services.
You’ll join one of 7 DevOps teams building scalable, reliable, and data-driven products that directly impact customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build modern full stack solutions using TypeScript and Node.js
- Work in a DevOps team delivering end-to-end features
- Drive improvements beyond code: processes, collaboration, and product thinking
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver real business value

️ Tech Stack & Requirements
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript & Node.js
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform, Docker)
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Angular and/or React Native
- Background in consulting or stakeholder-heavy environments
- Experience in data engineering or analytics frameworks
