Loom Talent are working exclusively with a leading distribution & supply chain brand, supporting their continued growth across Europe.
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join them just outside of Amsterdam supporting two sites locally, partnering closely with senior leaders and providing sound HR support.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced, high-growth environment – with the opportunity to progress with addition of new site openings later down the line.
The Role
As HR Business Partner you will build relationships with the senior leadership and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support across the distribution network in the Netherlands and wider Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver support in line with HR strategies focussing on high performance
- Lead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development, with a focus on management coaching
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment and compliance with Dutch labour laws
- Support organisational change and transformation initiatives in line with global HR objectives
- Advise on compensation, benefits and HR policy to maintain consistency and compliance
- Use people metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in HR programmes and processes
- Promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organisation
About You
- 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within logistics, supply chain or a related operational industry
- Strong understanding of Dutch labour law and HR best practices
- Proven track record in performance management, talent development and organisational change
- Full professional proficiency in English (Dutch language skills would be a strong advantage)
- The hunger to progress and potentially grow international with the business.
