Inside Sales Representative

As experienced Inside Sales Representative, you will be an essential part of our dynamic and ambitious sales team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, have had their first experiences as Inside Sales, and are now looking for an opportunity to make the next step in their career. We are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience but we also strongly value the right attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn.


What will you be doing:

  • Qualify and prioritise leads to focus on high-potential opportunities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the value of our products to potential clients via video calls

  • Understand and communicate our products, features, and benefits effectively to prospects

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, industry trends, and competitors

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress

  • Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication are essential for engaging with prospects and conveying product information convincingly

  • Positive attitude: A can-do attitude and enthusiasm are crucial in building rapport with customers and achieving sales targets

  • Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn about our products, industry, and customer needs, as well as adapt to changing market dynamics, is vital for success

  • Customer-centric approach: A genuine desire to understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions is integral to delivering exceptional service

  • Resilience: Sales can be challenging, so the ideal candidate should be able to handle rejection, stay motivated, and bounce back from setbacks

  • Team player: Collaboration and coordination with colleagues and other teams contribute to collective success, making teamwork a valued quality

  • Self-organised: you are capable of managing your agenda and time and you are arranging everything regarding client contact effectively.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an inside sales with a strong self-organisation is required

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English

  • This role in based in the Netherlands
