Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead processes within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and engage in Product Area Agile events within multiple feature teams

     

  • Focus on specific capabilities including Configuration, Monitoring and QA testing, while displaying expert-level knowledge in at least the QA testing area

     

  • Collaborate with the engineering leader within the product area to develop a strategy and implement best practices for QA testing, ensuring the highest quality standards

     

  • Develop as Subject Matter Expert in several technologies, business domains and monitoring applications supported by the Product Area

     

  • Document and communicate translation of business requirements into technical specifications

     

  • Guide and mentor team members to ensure accurate configuration based on business requirements

     

  • Establishing best practices and quality standards for configuration, monitoring, and QA testing across feature teams

     

  • Develop complex test cases, procedures, and automated test scripts for feature implementation tasks, anticipating customer needs and proactively testing solutions to meet functional requirements

     

  • Write and maintain documentation which could include descriptions of program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and/or corrections

     

  • Provide technical assistance in occasional on-call rotation after hours support and work with the team to troubleshoot and investigate system defects

     

  • Using advanced query knowledge to guide and develop product area team members

     

  • Assist research analytics and identify patterns to improve overall quality

     

  • Lead discovery calls, refinements, designs, etc.

     

  • Reduce bugs and defects by leading the adoption of Agile methodologies, championing quality best practices, and promoting Test-Driven Development

     

  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve decision-making

Required Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

     

  • 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role or Quality engineer role

     

  • 3+ years of experience using MS SQL, SQL query language to write simple and complex queries

     

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing and/or software documentation

     

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office programs

     

  • 1+ years of experience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle to improve quality and efficiency

     

  • United states citizenship is required for this position

     

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a confidential/ secret or top-secret security clearance

     

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

     

  • Capability to work independently as well as on a team in both a lead and support role and prioritize work while meeting critical deadlines

     

  • Experience working as a liaison between IT professionals and operational stakeholders

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
