We have an immediate need for an SAP Application Support Manager with OTC/PTP implementation and support experience:

  • The role is full time & fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Australia
  • Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers.
  • Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a small team of expert level Spinnaker Support SAP engineers.
  • Global Account Support Lead on key SAP third-party support customers.
  • Assist with team skill development, mentoring, career development and acting as our senior escalation point. 
  • Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues.
  • Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing aging cases.
  • Provide remote-based SAP forth-level support for OTC/PTP modules (SD and MM)
  • Support clients with customizations and provide implementation and best practices process support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills.

Requirements:

  • 18+ Years SAP SD and MM implementation and support experience.
  • Proven leadership experience as SAP Team Lead or Project / Programme Manager
  • Configuration and support experience in IS-R (Industry Solution for Retail)
  • Integration knowledge with POS-DM and/or CAR for IS-R
  • Strong integration experience with CRM, FI, CO, IM, PP, PS and QM
  • Ability to debug ABAP programs.
  • Great problem-solving abilities, communication and documentation of solutions.
  • Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment.
