How does it work?
Outlier offers a platform where you receive concrete tasks, such as evaluating, ranking, and providing feedback on AI-generated code. The more you contribute, the better the models become – and you get paid directly for your work.
What will you do?
✅ Train AI models – Provide feedback on AI-generated code.
✅ Evaluate and rank code – Test how well AI can program.
✅ Learn AI while you work – No prior AI experience required.
Payments are simple and weekly. Our developers earn an average of €30-50 per hour, and you work as much as you want. Some contributors use this as a flexible side job (5-10 hours per week), while others put in more hours to maximize their earnings.

Is this for you?
To join this project, you must:
✔ Have a bachelor’s degree (or be in the process of obtaining one) in computer science or a related field.
✔ Have experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
✔ Be able to explain technical concepts clearly in Dutch.
✔ Have an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
