Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Manager to accelerate our business development across the DACH region. This role will focus on selling Audiostack’s AI-driven, end-to-end audio production infrastructure for audio and video ad solutions to media vendors, creative and production agencies, media agencies, and programmatic tech partners. As a key player, you will drive growth by expanding our footprint, building strong partnerships, and advancing our presence within this high-potential region.

You’ll work independently with remote senior commercial support and be instrumental in taking Audiostack’s scale-up growth to the next level.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • DACH Sales & Revene Generation
    • Take ownership of generating revenue in the DACH region, B2B Enterprise sales
    • Identify, prospect, and engage with media, creative, production agencies, audio and video publishers, DSPs and creative adtech vendors across the DACH region.
    • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on accelerating revenue growth.
    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and company sales goals.
  • Client Relationships & Account Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and publishers to understand their needs and position Audiostack’s solutions effectively.
    • Maintain and grow existing accounts while consistently seeking new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Independence:
    • Work independently to manage your sales pipeline and clients, while collaborating with senior commercial leadership for strategic alignment and support.
    • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights on market developments to the remote senior management team.
  • Growth & Scalability:
    • Contribute to AudioStack’s scale-up journey by identifying new revenue streams, accelerating client acquisition, and helping AudioStack accelerate our already known presence in the DACH region.
Key Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in adtech sales, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising, specifically in audio and video formats.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to media agencies and publishers within the DACH region.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising technology, particularly in the audio and video sectors.
    • In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, including relationships with media agencies and publishers.
  • Network & Relationships:
    • A strong network of contacts within media agencies, and audio/video publishers across the DACH region is essential.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-Starter with Remote Experience:
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, managing time effectively and driving results with minimal supervision.
    • Experience collaborating remotely with senior leadership teams.
  • Growth Focused Mindset:
    • A desire to be part of a fast-growing company and play a key role in its scale-up phase.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
  • Tech Understanding 
    • Able to understand platform and technology to be able to sel AudioSTack AI Audio Production
