Travel: 50% within Europe

 

A Quick Snapshot….. The Strategic Sales Associate is a dynamic and prospecting-oriented professional responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company’s customer base. The Strategic Sales Associate will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing prospects, nurturing leads and closing deals. The focus will be on generating opportunities in low revenue accounts (30%) and winning net new logos (70%) through a variety of channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, online research and industry events. You will over-achieve on sales targets and build strong relationships with clients to foster long term partnerships. 

 

Why it’s big deal…This is a great opportunity to fast track your career towards an AE or Key account manager role.  You will deal only with Strategic accounts, building valuable, long-term customer relationships that will help shape your future success.

 

Are you the person we are looking for? 

Proven track record in prospecting and closing:  At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS closing role with at least 2 quarters at 100% of target. Experienced in meeting and exceeding prospecting targets and skillfully negotiating terms and conditions, pricing and contractual agreements to secure deals. Working with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.

Hunter Mentality: Possess a proactive and tenacious mindset, driven to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Excellent Communication and presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely. Experienced in delivering compelling product demonstrations with solution engineers and presentations to prospects, highlighting how the company’s offerings can address their revenue lifecycle challenges.

Customer-centric approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders. Adaptability, willingness to learn, and coachability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing sales environment, open minded to management coaching and willingness to go the extra mile in learning fast and understanding market trends and customer requirements.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Curious. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activity and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to develop innovative prospecting strategies and create appealing messages and compelling .
