Vacancy: IT Trainer Content Creator – Contract (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer Content Creator to join our client’s team.
Responsibilities for the Trainer Content Creator role include:
- Ensure that our client’s workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilise technology and stay up to date with the latest application and process developments.
- Design and development of comprehensive training programs and materials to meet the CRS Ecosystem International Programme’s training needs.
- Develop multi-media training materials including video content
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various IT topics to colleagues at different levels within the organisation.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and validate training content and materials.
- Contribute to the training strategy and approach and continuously improve the content and delivery mechanisms for the biggest positive impact.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional assistance or guidance in training subject matter areas.
- Develop and maintain training documentation, manuals, lessons,
evaluation mechanisms multi-media and online resources for easy reference and self-guided learning.
Candidates applying for the Trainer Content Creator role will need:
- A strong blend of technical expertise, training proficiency, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
- 10 years plus experience of large scale insurance or financial services projects, knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology.
- Video editing skills and experience of working in multi-media development with Creative Cloud applications, Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Fluent English. Additional language skills in French at a minimum of professional business level will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience working as an IT Trainer, video editor and content creator. A video portfolio is required.
- Certification in instructional design or training methodologies is preferred.
- Industry certifications in relevant IT areas, such as Microsoft
Certified Trainer (MCT) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with learning management systems self-help applications and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Microsoft SharePoint experience.
- Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise experience.
- Adobe products experience.
